Blue-Eyes Toon Dragon - Secret Rare [B]

He appears in a duel between Pegasus and Seto Kaiba in the Kingdom arc.
In the original story, there is only one of these cards in the world, and only Pegasus has it.
Kaiba's legendary card, Blue-Eyes White Dragon, has been transformed into something comical and tricky by the magic of Toons.

"What do you think? She looks much cuter than before, doesn't she?"
That's what Pegasus said.

That sacred and majestic dragon moves in a cartoonish way and does whatever it wants. And yet its attack power remains at 3000. It's a perfect fusion of strength and humor.

Kaiba's mind had been read and he was cornered, so he discarded all the cards in his hand and declared that he would put the top card of his deck into attack position.
Kaiba also draws Blue-Eyes and tries to kill each other, but he is unable to do so due to the effect that only Toons can be defeated by other Toons.
Afterwards, Pegasus's attack power is increased by 500 by Shine Palace (called Shine Castle in the Yu-Gi-Oh! Official Card Game), but he manages to survive for one turn by neutralizing the attack.
Afterwards, he used the spell card "Dark Binding" to reduce the Blue-Eyes Toon Dragon's attack power by 700 and immobilize it, defeating it.

Although he lost the duel against Pegasus, Kaiba Seto's determination was impressive as he was able to inflict damage on the impregnable Toon World on his first try.
