Toon World of Terror

This is the key card used by Pegasus, the final boss of the Kingdom arc, and was created by Pegasus himself.
In the original story, there is only one of these cards in the world, and only Pegasus has it.
Inspired by the manga "Funny Rabbit," which Pegasus loved to read, he invites Pegasus into its world as a being that will never betray him and will never die.

Using the power of this card, normal monsters can be turned into "toons" to comically dodge opponents' attacks or launch direct attacks, allowing for tricky and unpredictable tactics.
His Toon cards are impressive for their unique fighting style, which allows him to toy with his opponents in a world reminiscent of fairy tales and anime. The "Toon World" is the key to his strategy, and also symbolizes the playfulness and madness of Pegasus.

Not only were cards owned by Pegasus turned into toons, but Blue-Eyes and Demon summons were also made into toons. Furthermore, in the actual Yu-Gi-Oh! OCG, monster cards that were not made into toons in the original work, such as Black Magician Girl and Buster Blader, also appeared.

Perhaps because this card is not intended for use in actual duels, the text only lists the conditions for activation.
For that very reason, it may be a good card for those who use it to let their imaginations run wild and enjoy imaginary duels.
