- Can I visit the store?

Unfortunately, Tremor is an online store only and does not have a physical store. Thank you for your understanding.
- Are the images on the cards real?

Yes, we photograph and post each and every card that arrives in our store. Even if the cards have the exact same model number, rarity, etc., we have separate product pages for them, and the cards on those pages are the actual items.
Please note that our logo is watermarked to prevent unauthorized reproduction. Please note that this may be slightly difficult to read.
- Can I check the stock?

Unfortunately, we are unable to check stock availability for individual items, so please check the sale/sold out status on each product page for the latest stock information.
- Can I order by phone or email?

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept direct orders by phone or email. Please complete the purchase procedure in the store. We are also unable to reserve products (reservations) or reserve new products. Thank you for your understanding.

- Can I specify a desired delivery date and time?

We are very sorry, but we are unable to allow customers to specify a desired delivery date and time. Thank you for your understanding.
If you purchase 50 or less cards, the cards will be delivered to your mailbox, so there is no need for you to pick them up.
- How long does it take from payment to shipping?

As a general rule, your order will be shipped within 2-3 business days after payment has been confirmed.
However, in the event of unexpected problems or congestion in delivery, shipping may be delayed and it may not be possible to ship within 2-3 business days.
*Please note that Tremor is open on weekdays, so orders placed on weekends and holidays will take longer to process.
- If I order two or more items, can I pay for them all at once?

We process payments for each order individually, so we cannot accept lump sum payments.
- If I place two or more separate orders, can you ship them together?

At our store, we consider two or more separate orders to be separate orders, even if they are from the same purchaser or have the same shipping address. If you wish to have items shipped simultaneously or in the same package, please place your orders in a single order from the same shopping cart.
