Refunds, Returns and Cancellations

Tremor has a cancellation policy as follows:

Cancellation Policy

We cannot accept cancellations due to customer convenience.

Regarding returns and refunds (due to our circumstances/product defects, etc.)

Due to the nature of the product, we cannot accept returns or refunds after the product has arrived or been opened.
In the unlikely event that any of the problems listed below occur, we will respond in good faith.

・If a product different from the one you ordered is delivered

If you contact us within 10 days of receiving the product, we will promptly process the return or exchange.

Contact Us

Please contact us by email (info(a)toremall.jp). When contacting us, please be sure to tell us your order number (a 4- or 5-digit number beginning with #) and your name, which are listed in the email automatically sent to you after your order is completed.

Refund amount

We will refund the applicable payment.

*If you paid by credit card, we will cancel the charge. For details, please contact your card company.

Return Shipping Fee

If the product is defective, we will cover all return shipping costs.

Regarding re-delivery due to an incorrect address

If there are any errors in the address you register, delivery may not be completed.
In that case, we will need to arrange for the item to be shipped again after it has been returned to our store. If the item is returned to us, you will be charged the shipping fee for the return and the shipping fee for the re-shipment, as well as the associated work.

Therefore, we will resend the item if you transfer 1,000 yen to us to cover both shipping and labor costs.

Please note that due to the nature of the product, there may be cases where we are unable to arrange for an exchange, such as when we are unable to provide the same product. In such cases, please understand that we will provide a refund.
